BIWF Connoisseurs Club:
An exclusive lounge reserved for aficionados of fine and rare wines, the Connoisseurs Club will be the
showcase of the Bangkok International Wine Fair. In this 200 square-metre luxury space, a real treat
lies in wait for wine connoisseurs. Here, registered members can enjoy tastings of fine and rare wines,
and will also have the opportunity to purchase wines that appeal for immediate enjoyment or for laying
down.
In the Connoisseurs Club, members will enjoy tasting wines served by professional sommeliers, while
watching wines profiled on the big-screen or listening to live presentations by experts. Fine canapés,
including imported cheeses, foie gras, cured ham and oysters, will also be available for club members
during the tastings. Members will be able to browse the wine cellar, and inspect or purchase some
of the finest luxury products related to a fine-wine lifestyle such as glassware and wine accessories,
luxury watches and the latest models from luxury car marques. Facilities will also be available for
reserving places on exclusive wine tours.
The fine and rare wines available at the Connoisseurs Club will be from the best vintages of some of
the world’s most famous producers, ranging from leading labels to small garagistes. Moreover,
the carefully-compiled lists of 150-plus wines represents years of experience, painstaking selection
and knowledgeable buying. The lists will be guaranteed to delight any wine connoisseur.
